Fairview Oaks Business Park began as a single converted home in the middle of the oak trees as the site of Louisiana Commercial Bank. When the bank was bought out, Favret Investments purchased the land and Master planned the acreage: putting in roads, raising the elevation and building the first 8,000 sq. ft. office space.
Although a lot has changed since the development of that first building, our vision to provide outstanding tenant service in a progressive commercial office environment remains the same. As engaged real estate development and construction professionals for over 40 years, we understand our tenants’ needs and continually upgrade and maintain the property to keep pace with technology and style expectations.
